1 Team Photo

What's Included:

Let’s photograph your Sports Team as you are — in this season of life.

These years matter.

– Jane kim

The photos were beautiful and she worked with each athlete to make them feel comfortable. The team was not going to have an opportunity to take action shots during a game for the yearbook, so Annie took the extra time to take some action shots of the girls we could use. She delivered the photos quickly, was professional, and very easy to work with.

“Our High School Softball booster club hired Annie to take team, senior, and individual photos of our girls.

★★★★★

– Mary Mc.

Annie took team photos of my high school girl's tennis team, both individual shots and team shots. Photos turned out fantastic. The quality, energy and personalities of the photos are loved by all the girls and their families. I highly recommend using Annie for any occasion when in need for professional photos.

Sports photos should feel like the athletes in them — confident, energetic, and full of personality.

I keep sessions moving efficiently while creating images that feel polished, natural, and true to your team culture.

What it’s like working together

Consider the setting your sport is played in — indoors, outdoors, on a field, or in a gym. We’ll want to capture athletes in an environment that feels true to the sport and your team.

Please let me know ahead of time whether you’d prefer photos indoors or outside, and I’ll bring the appropriate lighting support for either setting.

Practical & Location-Ready

03.

We all know that even with multiple reminders, athletes sometimes forget part of their uniform. If possible, please have extra uniform pieces and accessories available so everyone looks polished and consistent in photos.

You’ll also want to have any sport-specific equipment on hand that you’d like included in photos (balls, rackets, bats, etc.).

What to bring

02.

You’ll want to schedule your photo date as soon as teams are finalized after tryouts. This allows enough time for processing and delivery so images can be used for social media, team programs, senior recognition, and other season materials.

Give parents a heads up — they'll thank you for it.

FAQ

How far in advance should we book?

Dates fill quickly, especially in summer and fall. I release my calendar each November for the following year. Booking a few months ahead is ideal.

In what timing should we book sports photos?

You’ll want to schedule your photo date as soon as teams are finalized after tryouts. This allows enough time for processing and delivery so images can be used for social media, team programs, senior recognition, and other season materials.

3. Where will our session take place?

Consider the setting your sport is played in — indoors, outdoors, on a field, or in a gym. We’ll want to capture athletes in an environment that feels true to the sport and your team.

Please let me know ahead of time whether you’d prefer photos indoors or outside, and I’ll bring the appropriate lighting support for either setting

4. How long do sessions last?

This depends entirely on the size of your team. In general, I typically need about 3–5 minutes per athlete, including transition time.

5. Can we include pets, grandparents, or extended family?

Family sessions include up to five immediate family members. If bringing your pet feels joyful and helps everyone relax, bring them along. If it feels like one more thing to manage, it’s completely okay to leave them at home.

Extended family members are welcome for an additional per-person fee. This allows enough time to photograph different groupings and combinations without the session feeling rushed.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate for outdoor sports?

If the weather isn’t ideal, we’ll reschedule — simple as that. I build flexibility into my calendar for this exact reason.
If keeping the original date is important, we can also plan for an indoor backup option.

Do you travel outside of Bainbridge Island and Seattle?

I do! Reach out and we’ll talk through details.

What if we need to reschedule?

No problem — life happens. I’ll work with you to find a new date.
