– Mikal F.

She’s so personable and has such a gift for capturing moments beautifully and effortlessly. We hired her to shoot editorial-style photos of an event, and she completely nailed it – the images are stunning and truly tell the story of the day. The best part about working with Annie is that she’s not only incredibly talented, but also one of the kindest, most down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet. You’ll love her work and her energy!”

“Annie is absolutely wonderful to work with!

★★★★★

– Amy C., Island Color and Decor.

“I had the pleasure of working with Annie on a PNW Bainbridge Magazine photo shoot for an article on my interior decor and color consulting business. Annie had an eye for design layout and a knack for making her subjects feel comfortable in front of the camera. The photo shoot felt effortless and enjoyable at the same time!”

The best brand photos happen when you feel confident and clear in your message.

Some entrepreneurs love being in front of the camera.
Some feel unsure where to start.

Both are completely normal.

My role is to guide you through the process — helping you feel comfortable, intentional, and aligned so your images reflect not just how you look, but what your brand stands for.

What it’s like working together

Consider bringing pieces that reflect what you actually do — a laptop, notebook, product samples, camera, tools of your trade, or anything that visually supports your story. Lifestyle imagery adds depth and dimension to your brand.

03. Context & Story

Choose a slightly more refined look that works for your website, press features, speaking engagements, or social media profiles. Think intentional, structured, and confident.

02. Polished & Professional

Start with something that feels natural and aligned with how you typically show up — whether that’s elevated casual, creative, minimal, or bold. This should feel like the most “you” version of your brand.

01. Your Everyday Look

How to prepare for your photoshoot

If you’re unsure, bring options. I’m always happy to help you refine looks on-site so everything feels cohesive.

Choosing your location

We’ll choose a location that best represents your brand — whether that’s your Seattle or Bainbridge Island business space, your home office, or a setting that reflects the way you work. The goal is to create images that feel aligned with what you actually do and how you show up.

Most sessions are scheduled when the light works best for the space, so your images feel natural and polished.

– Lighthouse Fitness

“Annie was hired to take portraits at the country club for the directory… but the quality of work she did in the short 10–15 minute session was so incredible that we are using her photos for our Christmas card this year! I was so impressed, and am grateful to have found her for family portraits.”

FAQ

1. How far in advance should we book?

Brand sessions can happen any time of year. I recommend scheduling 4–8 weeks before your launch or marketing push to allow time for planning and delivery.

Have a launch date in mind? → Let’s start planning here.

2. In what season should we book branding photos?

Brand sessions can happen any time of year. The key is booking before you need the images — especially if you’re updating your website, refreshing social platforms, or preparing marketing campaigns.

I recommend scheduling 4–8 weeks ahead of a launch or rebrand to allow time for the session and delivery. We’ll align the timing with your business goals and the look you want to create.

3. Where will our session take place?

Your session will take place at your business, in your home office, or in a location that reflects your brand. We select the space based on what best represents your work and schedule around the best light for clean, natural images.

4. How long do sessions last?

Most sessions are about an hour. That allows time for outfit changes and multiple looks without feeling rushed. If you’re building a larger content library, we can expand the session to fit your needs.

5. Can we include multiple employees in the branding session?

Brand sessions are structured to build a cohesive image library for one person. If you’d like to include additional employees, they can be added for an additional per-person fee.

6. What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

If the weather isn’t ideal, we’ll reschedule. Simple as that. I build flexibility into my calendar for this exact reason.

7. Do you travel outside of Bainbridge Island and Seattle?

I do! Reach out and we’ll talk through details.

8. What if we need to reschedule?

No problem — life happens. I’ll work with you to find a new date.

Your work matters.
